I did a Body for Life lower body workout today. My back is bothered a little bit (did I mention I've had back issues in the past) so I need to be careful.
I really wanted to get my photos taken when I was nice and plump but I'm sure my body didn't change too terribly much with one hard workout. I'm not doing this to see the drastic change from beginning to end, anyway. I'm doing this to feel good, enjoy the journey and accomplish something that I know I want to achieve.
Last time I did BFL, it was all about the change from beginning to end. I thought about how much weight I was losing all the time. It was obsessive. This time it's healthy and sound.
I'm heading over to my friend, LB's, house to get my photos taken before going out with my girlfriends tonight.
I'm really looking forward to meeting other people who are doing BFL or just want to communicate.
Tomorrow I will prepare all of my food for the next few days.
A couple obstacles I know I'll have to face during my BFL 3 months are:
1) I don't have a lot of extra money to spend on food.
2) My back has some issues, so I'll have to watch out for it.
3) Holding back from eating out of stress, emotions or boredom.
4) Sticking to the meal plan even when I'm out with friends.
I'm excited for this journey of getting healthy!
